FREE DELIVERY

Free shipping on letters and packages. You do not pay for the transport. Shipping the goods from laugelarsen.com is completely free.

RETURN


With us you always have a full benefit for 30 days from receipt. Return labels for laugelarsen.com will be sent to our package. Make sure to put all the stickers back when you return the unused product. Use the returned return label to place it on the packaging before handing it over to the PostNord Post Office. Carefully close the cover and transfer it to your nearest post office. Don't forget to keep the receipt you receive from the post until everything is settled. You will receive an email when your package arrives at laugelarsen.com.

EXCHANGE

When changing goods for different color or size, you pay the return freight. When changing, complaining or returning you are responsible for the transport risk. If you wish to exchange a product in connection with your return, delivery will take place 14 days after we have received your returned item. In order to return a shipment, you must complete the return slip that came with your order, with information on what you are returning and, if applicable, which goods you wish to exchange.

RETURN AND REPLACE
RETURN OF GOODS

Under Art. 52 para. 1 and 2 of the PPA, consumers who shopped at the online store laugelarsen.com have the right to surrender the purchased goods within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reasons. Returned goods must be retained in their original form, unused and with undamaged integrity of the packaging. When returning the goods, you must also return the cash receipt, which you will find in the package. Otherwise, the Merchant reserves the right not to accept the consumer's request. The cost of return is entirely at the expense of the customer and is determined by the actual price list of the courier company with which the return is made

ORDER

As long as you have not clicked on "Made order" you can add or remove ordered goods. You can make a new order if you forgot something, or send the item back to us if it is something you do not want to keep. The prices in our online store are included 22% tax.

DELIVERY

We send the order to PostNord, we cooperate with the Bulgarian and Danish postal services. You pick up the package at the post office. You get the package within 7 to 14 days. You will receive an email when your package arrives at your place of delivery.

PAYMENT

You pay with your credit card directly to laugelarsen.com. We work with Pay Pal and My Pos accept all kinds of credit cards. We do not charge credit card fees. Upon purchase in our online store, we protect your information using SSL encryption. SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer and is a feature that allows all information sent between buyer and seller to be encrypted. We work with Pay Pal and My Pos, which protects your information and payment.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

COMPLAINT

If your item is defective or damaged, you can make a complaint. If the package has been damaged during transport, please contact our customer service. We are responsible for the return freight. If goods are damaged, faulty or defective, we pay the return freight. In order to process your complaint, it is important that you contact our customer service and provide the following brief description of the error and explanation of the defect, order number and item number. You register online by filling in the fields in our store under "Returns". You contact us by mail or phone.

Claims for obvious defects are claimed within 5 business days of purchase of the goods. It is advisable to contact our support in advance.
Claims for hidden defects are claimed at the discovery, but not later than the warranty period (30 days from the date of purchase).
The costs of returning a product related to a claim and sending a new one in the warranty period are borne by the manufacturer.
In case of defects due to improper operation, the manufacturer does not accept a claim!
A claim is accepted only upon receipt of a receipt.

The warranty period is 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. The warranty includes: • Removal repair
